Diana St. Laurent I was first hired part-time on July 9, 1979 and began full-time employment on March 15, 1982. At that time, John K. Stimson was the Chief of Police. I have attended training classes given by the US Department of Justice, the University of Delaware and MEGG Associates. I have been a member of the New Hampshire Chiefs of Police Secretaries Association (NHCOPSA) since 1994 and served as the Association's Secretary from 1994 to 2001. Some of the training seminars sponsored by the NHCOPSA include: expunging records, preventing identity theft, NH sexual predator act updates, communication skills, internet safety, NH RSA 91-A Right-to-Know, just to mention a few. I have enjoyed working with the Newington Police Department members and, in my personal opinion, they are the "Best" officers in the State. |
